Hollard Life is not a Life Insurer the are a cllector of premiums for 14 years and the cancel your policy at age 73

To follow the story p[lease read my previous review. Ok so Hollard do not want to reinstate my policy. They notified me by email yesterday and luckiiy not by sms!!!! They maintain that they have sent sms's to my old cell number that was not in use anymore as I had a new number. However they had my email address since August 2021 and did not use it to inform me that I was in arrears already in august 2021 ( I paid short since 2014. because I freezed the escelation) and did not sent me an email when they gave notice of arrears and cancelation. in January 2023. They prefered to use old technology and send an sms!! and not a email that I am sure to recieve and act upon. It is clear, because I am 73 they do not want to meet a death claim and ****med me out of a policy I paid monthly for 14 years. Thus I started a complain procedure today with the Insurance Ombudsman. After that if not sucessfull I will take Hollard to court. W M Kunz
