Becareful if you had a policy with Hollard life department, they might reinstate it with out your consent, this happened to me where my deactivated legal cover was reinstated and debited in December 2019 by the lady in Gauteng branch while I am in Durban and when I called Hollard was given incorrect information and told to email if did on the 8th no response form their complaints department and called again on the 13th January 2020 spoke to a gentleman who gave me different information from the firs lady and promised to call me back. still waiting. I am very disappointed in this ***** by Hollard.
