Hollard life fails to pay out within 48hours

Hollard life says they will pay out within 48hours after claim submitted. Claim was submitted with nothing outstanding and more than 66 hours later money's is still withheld. Every time we quarry at this email address [Email Removed] they say to wait 24 more hours. We sent an email from [Email Removed] for the policy nr *** to be paid out and more delays. Ref nr *** given on 7 April 2016. When we phone there is no answer.
