Hollard Life doesn't care!!
We are beyond disappointed at this company. My mom has been going back and forth with them regarding a part surrender she app**** for almost a month ago and she has been met with nothing but incompetence and they still haven't paid out even after telling her that the matter will be resolved within 24 hours. This company really sucks. I don't know how they have been in existence for this long when they have absolutely no regard for their clients. I'm so appalled. Do better.
