Hollard Life are ***** and ********

Hollard are ***** and ******** , they where willing to take money every month for a Bond protection plan and now that after (almost 3 years later) and tireless amount of legwork on my side. They are unable to consider the claim because of a pre-existing condition.

I am so disgusted in the matter how they first dealt with us, firstly when you phone the call- centre you would hold on for ages and secondly we followed up every second week(then u would speak to a new person every time) just to be told the claim is still in progress ( this was going on for two years) and now eventually we get a letter to say unable to consider the claim.

Yes, they took the deceased money religiously every month,....did they every think why people take out Bond protection...It is for the even of their passing, that their loved ones that is left behind can be sorted. Now we need to firstly deal with the lost of a love one-which left a huge cap in our lives- and also try to do damage control because of Hollard that did not keep there end of the contract.

All I can say....Please people consider wisely before choosing a company like Hollard. very quick to take money but not so quick to do pay-outs
