Hollard Life

I have attached a consent form and claim form, which have been sent multiple times to every email address provided by the call centre consultants. One consultant informed Mrs. Pretorius (the claimant) that the policy had lapsed. I need to know when the policy lapsed and how many premiums have not been paid.

Communication was sent to the client's old cell phone number via SMS, as she has not been receiving any communication from Hollard about the unpaid premiums since the number is no longer in use. She have updated her cell number, but the changes were never app**** to the Hollard system. The policyholder has unfortunately passed away, and the funeral is scheduled for this Friday. and the client is in a state of panic.

I need a solution for resolving this situation. The premium payer is actively going through her bank statements to find proof of paid/unpaid premiums. Please advise if it is possible to reinstate the policy by paying the outstanding premiums and then proceed with the claim, or if the policy can be reinstated by showing proof of monthly premium payments. Alternatively, we need to know if there is an option for refunding the premiums paid after the policy has lapsed.

Hi there
no, my complaint has not been resolved. I received a call from one of your consultants, she stated that the policy lapsed June 2023 due to no payments received for 3 months.
i went into my internet banking and pulled my statements from February 2023 up until June 2023
and i have proof that the premium was paid and up to date from Feb to June 2023.
how could the policy have lapsed if payments was made and up to date
kindly advise urgently
