Hollard legal system do not allow you to cancel your policy

Hello,

This is one of the worst companies I ever dealt with. I'm now trying for two weeks to cancel my legal policy with the company and when I do get an agent on the line I'm told I can't cancel my policy with them as their system do not allow it. I sent mails to the mail address on the website that Hollard provide. But was told by one of the agents that they do not have a Website and the web site provided by Hollard is not their website (Hollard why do provide information on your legal cover if your have nothing to do with the legal cover you sell, and then provide the wrong information).

I also tried to get all my recordings to take the case to the Ombutsman but again no reply from the mail address provide by the agents from Hollard or the address provide on the Hollard legal website.

Hollard that sells the product is also unwilling to assist and only forward you to the department.

No team leader supervisor can be contacted as they are always busy on a call with a client even if you hold for them. You can't contact the legal aid you payed for as they are not allow to assist you against Hollard as its a Hollard policy.

I do not have high hopes that they will even replay to this post with out their standard generic response to they and look good and hope some one else do not read the reviews.
