Hollard Legal - R120 pm for nothing!!!!

In the beginning of the year I have taken out a legal plan through Hollard legal. I specified when taking the plan out that it was for an uncontested divorce and asked if I could claim for it as soon as the waiting period was over - they said YES!<br> <br> I then proceeded to try to claim for an uncontested divorce and I even waited two extra months after the waiting period. I was given a run around and I got not help what so ever.<br> <br> After two months of trying to claim I then decided that I am going to cancel as this is just a waste of money. I asked that the cancel my policy with effect from the end of Sep and this call centre drone tells me I have to pay premium for Oct!!!! After expressing my anger and frustration and told the lady to please cancel and ensure that no future premium should go off.<br> <br> I then made sure that the Oct premium did nt go through (why pay for another month!!!) and can you believe that they have double debited account this morning!!! (premium for Oct & Nov)???<br> <br> I work for a short term insurance broker and when the client cancelled we do it, we also do not have any rule stating they need to give a months notice and yet alone continue debiting.
