Hollard & IUA ****
I submitted my retrenchment claim to Hallard Insurance and IUA last year and they could not assist citing they fail to find my policy.
IUA later came back after a complaint on Hellopeter with a claim form and reference number, I submitted my claim and all supporting documents they requested. Every month I make a follow-up, they request a different document or simply ignore my emails. Last month, they asked for a motivational letter for my claim. Could you please assist as I feel like this insurance is either delaying my claim or they doesn't want to assist at all.
