Hollard is useless.

My mom passed away a month ago. she had 2 funeral policies from Jet with Hollard. I have submitted the claim documents and to date have had no correspondence with Hollard. The calls keep cutting off and they have an option to call you back and I have opted twice and have received no call back. Pathetic service.
