hollard is the ****test insurance!

So in 2013 I took out life cover for me and my fiance (ex now). A few weeks ago I called to surrender the policy as we are no longer together only to be told by an agent that it's not life cover, in fact it's a funeral policy and that it can't be surrendered and no money pay out. I got the papers that I signed and it says LIFE COVER. I called back again on different occasions and with my last call (today) they tell me it is life cover but you cannot surrender your account and receive the money back. So I have been paying for 3 years, told it's a funeral then a life cover (don't know which agent doesn't know about their job) and now I'm losing 3 years of payment to Hollard. Old mutual on the other hand does pay out life insurances when you surrender your policy. DONT TAKE OUT POLICIES WITH HOLLARD, you'll end up losing your money!
