Hollard is robbing me through Ackermans

I opened a policy with you, tried to make a claim with no luck.. The policy collaped. Now everytime I try to make a payment on my ackermans account, yall add R65. Id wait for the policy to lapse then again they'd send an sms welcoming me and adding R65 to my Ackermans account. I called Hollard several times complaining and closing the policy but every month they add money to my Ackermans account. People hollard is robbing us through Ackermans. I ended up closing the ackermans account, I payed the premium. I want all the premiums I payed.
