Hollard is now a pawn shop

I am absolutely horrified! The service from Hollard has been absolutely shocking to absolutely degrading.

Not only with the processing of the funeral policies of both my parents in the last year, now also with the processing of a claim for the loss of a personal asset.

I am being "forced" to accept the replacement of my asset with a 2nd hand pre-owned item!! I am horrified. They are not even replacing the item with a new item and refusing to pay out of the loss in financial terms. I must be satisfied with a 2nd hand item?!!! I would be better using a pawn shop as my insurer.

At least, I know what to expect instead of being ******** by a bunch of theives hinding behind a corporate banner
