We buried my father with a loan while given the run around by hollard after days of submitting documents during the preparation of my father's funeral and it was only the week after the funeral when they paid out but after submitting the same documents a thousand times, given the run around. I recently cancelled my policy with them but still, was sent an informal and invalid cancelation letter without a signature or stamp and the same cancelation letter which was supposed to include my policy details was not.
