hollard is debing my account for the funeral plan

i took out a policy with hollard for my mother and brother. after the second months there was a third policy that i dont know debiting from my account from hollard i dont know the people i dont even know the policy ..now four months later there are two policies that i do not know debiting from my account for hollard..why are you guys doing this..your people are doing ***** with my account i need you to sort this thing out now because i am tired of this happening ..i need all the money that you guys took from my account without my knowlegde.
