Hollard is a SHAM

After paying my premiums for almost 25 years i - after approaching the useless Ombudsman lost my policy... Hollard admitted their mistake and promised to pay me the 2 premiums they owed me ghosted me... I have sent countless emails to all involved with no response... Policies with Hollard is a sham... don't EVER take one out with them.
