Hollard is a ****

In november 2015 i went to their PE branch to enquire on how to make manual payments as i was no longer working, a lady by the name of Lazola assisted me and gave me the REf numbers to make payments, she even advised me to make these payments at Nedbank wich i did and went back to the branch with proof of payment, now that my mother has passed they advised me that the policy lapssed in November, i disputed the fact that i was there and how is mine active if both payments are made on the same day, they promised to escalate to Head office which was not done, i called head office and now they advised me that the PE branch didnt escalate anything, their story has now changed and they say that it lapsed in November, however i never received any notification and there was enough money in my account for the debits to go off, they decided upon themselves to only deduct the one policy after 5 years of making monthly payments this is what i get........
