Hollard is a nightmare

Insuring with you guys has proven to be a nightmare over and over again. This isn't my first time writing a review on you. My phone has been broken for 3 weeks now and every time I go to Game store in Wonderpark, none of your staff members are there. I've been going the whole of last week around 10h00 and was told they haven't arrived. Monday afternoon at 16h44 I went again but I was told they're gone. So when are you actually on duty? Service is pathetic really.
