HOLLARD IS A ****!!!!

I'm disgusted at the service I'm receiving from your institution.I have been a member since 2024 Julu and up to date have not received my policy document.I spoke to a lady yesterday with call reference number ***.She promised to send them but didn't.Today I was kept holding for 22 minutes by Palesa Dyulisi,who muted me then hung up on mh call.

What is so difficult in sending policy documents,was I paying for a non existant policy?If there are no policy documents refund all the premiums I have been paying since 2024 so I can look for a better service provider
