Hollard is *******!!!

My mother has recently found that Hollard has been deducting money from her payslip for a funeral policy that she knows nothing about. They have been doing so for the past 12 months. She sent an email explaining this and even attached an affidavit stating that she knows nothing about the policy, the response was that the funeral policy has been canceled and no money will be refunded to her.

Tomorrow I'm accompanying her to the Police station to report this ***** that was committed by Hollard. I want to know how this happened, I want all documents showing that my mother authorised the debits and I want to see when exactly they say she took out the policy.
