Hollard Insurance Running A Freak Show. 😒

The service at this company if very poor, I have been trying to reach them for the longest time because there is a policy that I want to claim out, every time that I reach them there is something new that I am told. It is as if they are rejecting my claim, and there is no reason behind it as well. No one knows what is going on with my policy. Once someone from there said that the ID Number that I gave them was not popping up o their system. At this point I am really stressed because they have been taking money from my account from month to month, but then when I have to claim there are issues. I don't know what kind of freak show they are running there. I don't want to hear all their sad stories, all I want is for someone there to tell me what in heavens name is going on with my policy that is all.
