Hollard Insurance not paying out my claim

I am very disappointed in Hollard Insurance for not paying out my claim for the passing of my mother. I had to resort into taking out loans to pay for the funeral expenses. I made the claim on the 24th of January 2023 and to date I have not received any feedback. I followed up with them and sent another email on the 02nd of February 2023 and still no response has been provided. It is very frustrating as debit orders are going through every month yet my claim has not been paid. No one is contacting me about anything yet I submitted all the documents required. I would urge people to think twice about taking out funeral insurance with Hollard as they do not honour their end of the contract when having to pay out claims.
