Hollard Insurance nightmare :(

Worst experience by Hollard We have a funeral policy with Hollard since 2014 and we have never claimed or missed any premiums. Now that we have a funeral and submitted a claim with all the required documents, they came back 2 days later saying that they cannot process the claim because they need documents that were already sent to them. Called the company and the consultant said they can see all the documents and not sure why the claim consultant is asking for the documents that are already sent. Now we have to delay the funeral preparations because of Hollards incompetency, neglegency and no sense of urgency. I'm very disappointed because we chose Hollard thinking it's a big company and expected better service experience. Policy number ***4
