Hollard Insurance must repay my premiums

In 2021 standard bank added a Hollard policy on my vehicle without my concern or sending me the insurance documents. I've been requesting that they repay back those premiums as I have provided them with evidence that I had a motor Insurance with absa idirect at the same time of their incentive date of the Hollard policy. My efforts to make them repay has by far been unsuccessful. I have reported the issue with the ombudsman and still no refund has been made.
