Hollard Insurance is **********ly using Personal Data

Hollard Insurance is bombarding me with SMS text messages to my phone on a weekly and sometimes daily basis advertising products I do not want or need and is using my contact information without my permission, which is ******* and **********. I have contacted Hollard Insurance numerous times to request them to stop but they transfer me to their marketing department, which simply terminates my call. This is totally unacceptable from a registered financial services provider and the abuse of my private data is a contravention of data protection laws.

Hi Lynne, Thank you for your prompt response. I have rep**** to you directly via email requesting: 1. Confirmation that I have been removed from Hollard's database and any future marketing messaging. 2. Hollard's policy with regard to using a person's personal data without their permission. 3. That Hollard advise the data provider company that supp**** my contact details that they are using my personal data without my permission and to remove me from their database. 4. The name of the data provider company that provided my personal information to Hollard without my permission. I would appreciate if you could get back to me to address these requests. Thanks, AM

Hollard Insurance is still sending me unsolicited marketing adverts to my phone without my permission, despite the assurances provided by Hollard that I would be removed from their marketing databases.

Hollard have also still not responded to my queries/requests regarding the use of personal data without my permission.

This is extremely poor, inefficient and unacceptable from Hollard Insurance.
