Hollard Insurance Incompetency

I am so disappointed at hollard even though I was warned by my friends after I signed for policy with them. on 23/05/2019 I received sms that my father's policy was unpaid and needed to be paid in 3 days, on 25/05/2019 I visited Hollard branch in Anton Lembede street Durban in order to make a cash payment, when I arrived I was informed that the speed point machine is not working, i was than given nedbank banking details to deposit the premium, I advised the cosnsultsnt that I cannot visit nedbank as I am extremely busy during the week and that is why i only could afford to visit branch on a sat. Saturday 01/06/2019 I visited the branch again to make payment and i was told the policy has lapsed, this policy is now a new policy and the reason they could not get funds in my fsther's bank is because he was receiving disability pay out as he had stroke in 2010, in march 2019 he turned 65 and was supposed to receive his pension from his employer of which to date has not been paid. I explained this to Hollard and even asked they change and debit from my account but I was advised they could not do anything about it. they claim that their policy lapse after 2 missed payments, they also claim they send sms every time they do not receive payment, however they never sent no sms the first month n they only sent sms on the 23rd of which I which i honored the sms as i DID VISIT THE BRANCH TO MAKE PAYMENT BUT THEY SPEED POINT WAS NOT WORKING. The most confusing part is the consultant said they fix the speed point themselves when I asked if technician who fixed the speed point signed a log sheet.
