Hollard Insurance Funeral Policy

My mom in law has a funeral policy with Hollard. She has been paying it for the past 10 years. Since December 2020 she has been trying to pay this at Pep as she has always done in the past, but she was informed that this policy does not exist?

We have been trying in vain to contact Hollard on their help number, ***, where we have received no answer. We also left a message on their website and have not received a reply there.
