Hollard Insurance - Don't go there!

Funeral claims normally gets paid within 48hrs correct? Well not Hollard Insurance. I put in my claim on the 6 July 2021 with all the correct paperwork needed. Today is the 20th and I am still waiting. Yesterday (19th) I received a email saying its with the assessor, after I sent a complaint to their complaint email address on the 14th. Really Hollard! Really! I am still no closer to getting paid then I was on the 6th. You had no trouble accepting my instalments PROMPTLY before month end since 2005. Now I am struggling to get a single payment from you. :(
