Hollard insurance company

I consolidate my policies with Hollard company last year October. On the 3rd of this month my Father passed away I called a person who helped me to consolidate my policies with Hollard company to give me a number for claims to my surprise they said my father is not insured because of age and now they don't want to pay me. Please I need your help
