Hollard Insurance - Cannot Cancel Insurance

I've been trying to cancel my policy for more than a month now. Hollard will not allow me to. I'm being told cancellations only happen via telephone calls.

I have sent a web quiry, I have sent numerous emails, I have even called. Meanwhile they continue to debit my account. Despite my cancellation they debited my account. When I called them now, again, they told me I cannot cancel because the next debit order is already set to run.

I am beyond ****ed. Hollard is a ****. Best believe I am also taking this up with the Ombudsman.
