HOLLARD INSURANCE - BE CAUTIOUS WHEN DEALING WITH THEM

In my humble opinion Hollard is the biggest bunch of sheisters in South Africa. They are *****ed to their core. After one year and four months, they finally paid me back funds that I never agreed to on a Dread Disease policy only after I was forced to approach the Ombudsman, but then in the end STILL short-changed me. I couldn't speak to anyone for months on end at Hollard, because the division that deals with policy premium queries, simply doesn't take calls and never returns calls left with other divisions, because they purportedly do not have any telephones in this particular division! They refuse to concede that their calculations are incorrect despite proof that incorrect amounts went through my bank account. Beware and be very careful when dealing with this company. Make sure you read every word contained in your policy and look out for contradictions.
