Hollard Insurance are ******** people!

Hollard Insurance claim that there is no funeral policy with them, yet I took my policy out through Edgars, and continue monthly payments with Jet. The cover include accident and disability. In addition, I had never made any claims since and I am already 75 years old. Several other people with Hollard funeral policies were told the same. Hollard Insurance said that Edgars was the people where I took out the policy, but it was underwritten for Hollard Insurance. Are they busy to **** people. If so, what happened to the monthly premium payments I am still doing at Jet? I went to the Cape Town Office of Hollard and they told me that I don't have any policies. This is posing a problem as to whom would I pay the premium. Someone at Hollard is ******** thousands of people.
