HOLLARD INSURANCE ARE *******

Absolute ****mers!!!

I have an income protection policy on my Truworths and identity accounts, i was recently retrenched in March and put through a claim. I was told my Truworths claim the payment was released on the 25th April 2025 and that the assessor is doing a follow up as they required more information on the 30th April 2025.it is now the 13 May 2025 and i received an email my Truworths has been handed over and according to the insurance company Hollard they can not assist me, they do not communicate they just ***** the money you pay towards your premiums and then do not assist you!!! I have sent several emails but i have had no assistance and according to them my identity claim was unsuccessful and my Truworths was finalised on the 25th april but Truworths still has received no payment and i am still being chased for payments. How does this insurance cover me when i am retrenched??? Simppe answer it does not, they just rob you!!! STAY AWAY FROM HOLLARD INSURANCE JUST A BUNCH OF *******!!!!
