Hollard Insurance and Wesbank ****

Hollard Insurance and Wesbank are *****sters. My mother had a vehicle finance with Wesbank and in that it included Hollard Insurance (Two policies). My mother called Hollard Insurance in regard to the refund for the additional months paid as it was settled before time, she was told it was paid to Wesbank even though she is the one paying the premium. On their policy clause number 10 states that "If premiums have been paid for any period beyond the date of cancellation of the policy, Hollard shall refund the relevant premiums to you.
