Hollard Insurance Altrisk Department ***********

My name is Jeveshnie Chetty (Policy Number ***) I have life insurance with the Altrisk department in Hollard since 2013. I have been trying to change my beneficiary since 27 June 2024 I've sent numerous emails and documentation there has been absolutely no response from Hollard. Should I drop dead today my policy is not updated.what nonsense is this!!!
