Hollard insurance after service doesn't exist

<div>Hi I bought a cell phone at Het and took out the insurance with Hollard, my phone got ****** and I reported it to the store yesterday the sakes lady at Het Eersteriver was very helpful and log tge call which I then spoke to one of tge hollard consultant who then finalized my application but had 1 document outstanding, while busy my I got a sms to inf me of the application for insurance claim this was 12 August 2021 just before 2 in the afternoon and synch I have been receiving the same sms every 2 min apart from each other, I then went back on 13 August to report this to the store whom got me into contact with Hollard and I asked them to pls sort this out it's now 18:47 and I just deleted 170 messages that was ent for today only and even while writing this rewiew the messages is still coming, this is very BAD services to harras a good paying customer like this and I can't block this messages as it from different numbers, i'am so furious right now. Where is the after service??? </div>
