Hollard hides from claim payouts

they are very reliable when it comes to taking money but non responsive to honoring claims. my account protection plan has not paid out since my retrenchment, resulting in me being handed over and potentially negatively affecting my credit record. I get told there is a backlog but I cannot reach anyone at their offices to arrange the payment of my account which was covered under the protection plan. VERY FRUSTRATED AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND HOLLARD INSURANCE TO ANYONE. fast to grab money, slow to pay out claims, not contactable....
