Hollard Headache

I cancelled my Life Insurance with Hollard and after numerous calls & emails they still have not refunded me my installment. They haven't even bothered to contact me to let me know if they have sorted my refund out. Following up with Hollard has cost me more than my installment therefore I would not recommend them to anyone, if they can't even pay a small refund of R430 HOW WILL THEY EVER BE ABLE TO PAY YOUR CLAIM ON LIFE INSURANCE TO YOUR LOVED ONES!!!
