Hollard has short paid my claim

I was in Hospital from 2 June 2015 to 10 June 2015.<br> Hollard has paid my claim as if I was only in Hospital from 5 June 2015 to 9 June 2015.<br> <br> I was in two different Hospitals, but for some reason no one at Hollard can understand this.<br> <br> on 2 June 2015 I was admitted at Prince Mshiyeni Hospital<br> I was in Prince Mshiyeni Hospital from 2 June 2015 to 5 June 2015<br> on 5 June 2015 I was transferred by Prince Mshiyeni Hospital to Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital<br> I was then in Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital from 5 June 2015 to 9 June 2015<br> on 9 June 2015 I was transferred back from Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital to Prince Mshiyeni Hospital <br> I was then in Prince Mshiyeni Hospital from 9 June to 10 June 2015<br> In other words I was in hospital from 2 June to 10 June <br> <br> I have supp**** all the required documents, but every time one calls it is just \please submit the documents again"or \""we do not understand\""<br> <br> Hollard please urgently sort out my claim I pay my premiums in full every month I expect to receive my claim in full when I have to claim."""
