Hollard funeral sales agent Appalling!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got a call from the most appalling SALES Agent. PALESA. I have been told I don't listen or understand after being told the something so many times. I have been a Hollard funeral insurance client since 2014 and today is the first time I get so much disrespect from a person who wants business from me. I am now going to have 3 policies with you from different family members. am I not entitled to go through them with my family so they know also? or is that classified as stupid Business to hollard?
