Hollard funeral policy doesn't want to pay

Hi guys my father passed away 29 Nov,he had an account with Ackermans .He took out Hollard funeral policy when he opened the account, my eldest brother's nickname is Magic.My father added my eldest brother Magic as a beneficiary what's interesting is that he used the name Magic not his ID names,date of birth doesn't match.My father year of birth is 1954 and Magic's year of birth is 1980 but on the beneficiary he made a mistake and used 1974 as Magic's year of birth..Well Hollard sent us from pillar to post since last year till today,we even provided them with affidavit and my uncle's affidavit to ensure that my eldest brother's nickname is Magic..they keep telling us to fill same form and fax samw information...my mother is still alive btw,can't they pay her of they have doubts about my brother?
