Hollard funeral policies at pep a ****

For years my partner pairs premiums at pep for a funeral policy. A few months ago we tried to pay and were told we cannot we will be sent a code with which we must pay. After waiting for months we contacted hollard and got this number and payed our premiums but sadly my partner got ill and lost her work ..now.she is dead and they refuse to.pay saying her policy lapsed . 18 days she has been laying rotting there. There policies are deceiving. You pay for years but when you lose your work your policy lapses in one month. In my view its theft plain and simple.
