Hollard Funeral Plann is the worst.
My family and I had the worst service with Hollard?. My father passed away on the 30th June and his funeral was on the 11 July. He had a funeral cover with Hollard we've been fighting to get a payout with no joy. They only decide to pay today 19 July.??

We apologise that you had a poor claims experience with Hollard, which led to you reaching out to Hellopeter with a complaint during this difficult time.
We have been working overtime to process the claims and have added resources as well however, due to the increased volume of claims due to Covid and our own staff being affected by Covid, our turn around time was longer than usual.
