Hollard funeral payout

<p>I have a funeral policy with Hollard.I have made a claim last week Thursday.They called me Friday asking me to forward them the relevant documents.I did that , I even got a confirmation that says they have received my form and If I don't get any response with 24hrs I must give them a call.I call them after Wednesday .And they told me that they didn't receive my forms I must resend them.I did that and they promised to call me Today.They didn't call me today.I called them and they told me that they are busy will call me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been waiting for their call till now.And the funeral is Saturday.I can't do anything because I've been waiting for them to call.</p> <p> </p> <p>The lady that was assisting me is Gugu , she even said I must send the documents on her email which is **********
