Hollard Funeral cover no use...

During these difficult times one would expect that all insurances ect would have your back.. But not the case with Hollard Funeral cover we made a claim on the 7th we have made countless calls we even had to pay for the funeral with our own money so why take out funeral cover with Hollard insurance.. They say 48 hours for payout but still nothing to date
