Hollard funeral Cover- no cash back

One of your consultant called me to upgrade my funeral cover to qualify for cashback . My question to him was why didn't hollard automatic let loyal clients qualify for cash back, i been paying for this cover for over 15 years. Been trying to call the call centre FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS, CAN SOMEONE CALL ASAP.
