Hollard Funeral Cover is a HUGE ****!

Pathetic service! I advice their future clients to always record when speaking to a consultant, my dad was promised that after 5yrs he will collect a portion of the money his saved with Hollard back which was supposedly (R11,000). He is now being told that there was never told such. When he asks for the recording of the call they refuse to provide him with the two recording that he has requested. These people are ********! And they ***** people money! They promise you all this just got you to open up a life cover with them , then when the time comes they pretend as if you’ve lost your mind! It’s frustrating! I tell you cause R400 a month for 5yrs is a lot of money being given to Hollard and I’m highly ****ed at how they’ve used my parents.
