Hollard Funeral Cover is a ****

Hollard is a joke... their admin is in shambles and it seems like its just some sort of a ponzie scheme. They stopped debiting my account for reasons unbeknownst to me, and I have tried reinststing my massmart policy for a month now with no luck. They drop the phone on you or they keep transferring you to different people without any result for an hour at a time until someone eventually hangs up on you. Im actually glad I have failed to reinstate the policy as I will be using a different organisation going forward. Thanks for being such a **** show Hollard, you have saved me a lot of heartache.
