Hollard funeral cover

Good day, I have one debit order with Hollard ( HOLLARDPFS- ********** 117 70.50- ) when I check my account threes two for I did not authorized HOLLARDPFS ********** 6S 180.00- / HOLLARDPFS ********** 5S 202.37- I dont know this ones, this is ***** can I get my money back , only R 70.50 that is debited on the 7th when I call they say Im not the account holder, how did I see that my account was debited when Im not the account hold,,,I want my money back, kind regards
