Hollard funeral cover

<p>Good day so ****ed by Hollard insurance called Hollard twice received bad service ever in my entire life. I had funeral cover with them explain to them since I had this policy I have never had the document was told it is your responsibility to request for it but when they are debiting my account is their responsibility to do so without my concern because never gave them the right to do so. I only found after releasing my child from the policy that she is covered for free and is a lie cause taking a policy in 2009 was never told this is only found out after releasing my child and still the premiums are high nothing has changed and was given attitude of u should have known and ask ask what because when taking this cover I was told is me and my child for 100 today is different story. I wouldn't recommend Hollard okay send me the copy if 2009 when I took the policy line went dead</p>
